Russia has recorded 7,843 COVID-19 new cases, bringing the total number to 553 301, RIA Novosti reported.
According to headquarters, the daily increase in new cases in the country is declining for the second day in a row. It fell to 1.6% on Monday, and to 1.5% on Tuesday.
