The federal judge has denied Donald Trump administration's attempt to block the release of ex-advisor John Bolton's book 'The Room Where It Happened', CNN reported.
"For reasons that hardly need to be stated, the Court will not order a nationwide seizure and destruction of a political memoir," Judge Royce Lamberth of the DC District Court noted.
According to him, Bolton could still be exposed to criminal liability.
