New urban development programs will be implemented in Stepanakert. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan on Monday stated about this on his Facebook page.

"As I promised during my pre-election meetings, next year, on the account of state funds, we will start the construction of overhead and underground crossings to regulate traffic on the streets of the capital city and to reduce the overload.

During the working consultation that was convened today, we discussed other urban development programs to be implemented in Stepanakert," he said.
