President of Russia Vladimir Putin has declared that even though the vaccine against the coronavirus is itself important, it is not a solution to the issue since one can show resistance to the virus by observing all the preventive measures, RIA Novosti reports.
“The vaccine itself is extremely important, but it’s not a solution to the issue. One can show resistance to the threat by observing all the preventive measures,” the President said as he addressed citizens of Russia.
