Black Lives Matter leader in New York Hawk Newsome told Fox News that supporters of racial justice are threatening to ‘burn down system in America’, if the government fails to meet their demands, Lenta reports.

Newsome added that the US is built upon violence.

“The US government goes in and blows up countries and replaces their leaders with leaders who it likes. If the US doesn’t give us what we want, then we will burn down the system. Is that clear? I just want black liberation and black sovereignty, by any means necessary,” he said.
