The whole area of our store and the storage room were completely drained. This is what one of the citizens affected by the downpour and hail in Gyumri told Armenian News-NEWS.am, adding that the store has been seriously damaged and a lot of products are rotten.

“There was a newborn child in a car that was stuck underwater near a bridge. When we learned about this, the personnel and I went and helped, and then we came back and dealt with the problems in the store,” the citizen said.

The citizen stated that the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia had refused to help and that the downpour damaged not only the products and computers, but also the walls, doors and floor of the store.
