Deputy of the Chamber of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay Pedro Jisdonian has touched upon the tension created on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border following the Azerbaijani armed forces’ provocation with the following tweet:
“In regard to the attack of the Azerbaijani forces against the border of Armenia, we call for peace and for respect towards the international commitments for a settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. War is never an option. Peace and dialogue.”
