President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today approved a number of government decisions.
As reported the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of Artsakh, head of administration of the Askeran region of Artsakh Hakob Ghahramanyan has been dismissed and replaced by Ashot Dadayan.
