Armenian FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan informed Thursday foreign ambassadors about the aggressive actions of Azerbaijani Armed Forced, the MFA's press service reported.
The Armenian FM noted the resumption of hostilities by Azerbaijan on Thursday at the direction of the state border of Armenia, in the area of the villages of Movses and Aygepar of Tavush province, carried out in violation of the previously reached agreement on the cessation of hostilities.
According to the minister, these actions of the Azerbaijani side were accompanied by deliberate shelling of civilian infrastructure and civilians.
Mnatsakanyan highlighted the importance of fully restoring, maintaining, and strengthening the 1994 ceasefire. The FM also condemned the statements made by the military-political leadership of Turkey aimed at undermining the security system in the region and containing open support for Azerbaijan's aggressive actions.
