President of Moldova Igor Dodon expressed regret over the clashes on the Armenia-Azerbaijan border.
He hopes that the parties will be able to sit down at the negotiating table and find a solution to the problem, RIA Novosti reported.
"We will develop cooperation and partnership with both Azerbaijan and Armenia," Dodon noted in a video broadcast on Facebook.
