BAKU. Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev discussed military cooperation with his Georgian counterpart Bacho Akhalaia on May 16, Trend News reports referring to the Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
After the welcoming ceremony, a meeting was held between the defense ministers in an expanded format. The sides discussed military cooperation between the countries and the political situation in the region.
