Armenia’s Republic Party reports that member of the political party’s council Rafik Mkrtchyan has passed away.
The political party released an announcement stating that the death of Mkrtchyan has dealt a serious blow to the political party, Mkrtchyan’s family and friends and those who knew him. The political party also expressed its condolences on the occasion of the premature death of Mkrtchyan and expressed its support to Mkrtchyan’s relatives.
