A citizen having spied for Russia was arrested during a meeting with a Russian intelligence officer at a restaurant in Oslo, Norway AP reports.
The suspect confessed that the intelligence officer had paid him and refuted that he had transmitted information to the Russian intelligence officer.
The man faces up to 15 years in prison.
