President of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Arayik Haroutyunyan today posted the following on his Facebook page:

“Dear compatriots,

I know you have been waiting for what I am about to say. Next year, the Vahram Papazyan State Drama Theater in Stepanakert will be rebuilt through government funding, and the Theater is scheduled to open its doors in 2022. The historical and architectural look of the building will remain unchanged. Thus, the Theater will provide us with the opportunity to see plays again.”
