Commandant of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Zhirayr Mirzoyan today signed a decision on making amendments to the decision adopted on April 13, 2020, as reported the Information Headquarters of Artsakh.

“According to Decision N 57 signed by Commandant of Artsakh Zhirayr Mirzoyan on August 20, 2020, supplements have been made to Decision N 2 of the Commandant to ensure application of the restrictions for holding gatherings or public events dated April 13, 2020, according to which an exception from the regulation set under the Decision can be made only in exclusive cases under the instruction of the Commandant.”
