Hail fell at dawn in Jrashen village of Lori Province. Gagik Surenyan head of the meteorological center of Armenia, wrote about this on his Facebook page and posted respective photos.
"Photos by Artur Shahnazaryan," he added.
And Jrashen mayor Vahan Urusyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am that the hail fell at 6:30am, and on the planting areas outside the village.
But the hailstorm, according to the village head, did not cause any damage, as the wheat and barley fields had already been harvested.
