The Libyan embassy was attacked in Minsk, Belarus, and the Charge d'Affaire was beaten, RIA Novosti reported.
The diplomat told the agency that the attackers on the embassy were not Libyans.
According to him, 30 people attacked the embassy building.
Law enforcement bodies of Belarus did not take measures against those who attacked the embassy.
