Lebanon is in such a deep political and economic crisis that the country is at 'risk of disappearing', DW reported referring to the French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian.

"The international community will not sign a blank check if the they [Lebanese authorities] don't put in place the reforms. They must do it quickly ... because the risk today is the disappearance of Lebanon," French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said in a radio interview from France.

French President Emmanuel Macron will visit Lebanon next week. He will offer the country the support of France, while also making sure that those millions of international aid go to those who need it.
