The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation has issued a press release stating that it doesn’t see grounds for instituting a criminal case regarding Alexei Navalny’s poisoning for the time being, Meduza reports.

The Prosecutor General’s Office emphasized that there is still no confirmed datum ‘that would attest to intentional criminal acts against Navalny’ and added that it has addressed Germany’s justice authorities with the request for legal aid and has asked the German government to provide the medical conclusions of the doctors treating Navalny in Berlin, and Germany has expressed willingness to cooperate with Russia.
