YEREVAN. - Armenia and EU will start negotiations on visa facilitation, informed Armenian deputy FM Karine Kazinyan in the parliament.

 “The cooperation for visa facilitation should be equal for both sides,” noted Kazinyan. “It should have started in 2010, but was postponed.”

Armenian opposition MP, ARF member Artsvik Minasyan stated that first inner social reforms should be carried out in Armenia, and only then facilitate visa. Otherwise emigration will inevitably increase.
