YEREVAN. - More than half of Armenia’s citizens live in poverty said MP Victor Dallakyan in his parliament speech.

According to him, 80 percent of Yerevan citizens hardly make two ends meet, while for the majority of country’s population meat has become delicacy.

“What disappoints people, however, is not their poverty, they rather get discouraged from the fact that along with their increased poverty, grows the welfare of those in power, who accumulate their capital by means of state property theft,” said the MP.
