Tuesday’s session of the National Assembly (NA) of Armenia began with the observance of a minute of silence dedicated to the memory of the Armenian casualties of the new large-scale war waged by Azerbaijan against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
At the beginning of the sitting, NA speaker Ararat Mirzoyan addressed the MPs with such a request.
