Presidents of France and Azerbaijan Emmanuel Macron and Ilham Aliyev have discussed the escalation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone, as reported Aliyev’s press service.
Earlier, Macron had had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
On September 27, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan launched a large-scale offensive against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh), targeting also the peaceful population.
