The situation remains critical. Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Arayik Haroutyunyan on Monday wrote this on Facebook.
"I am having active meetings with the militia. We must all stand up as one. The issue of salvation of the Homeland is on the sacrificial altar. We engage the participants of the first Artsakh war in the struggle.
I am grateful for the readiness shown by our people and to defend the homeland in a united way," Haroutyunyan added.
