YEREVAN. - Azerbaijan must agree to the position of the international community that Karabakh people should determine Nagorno-Karabakh’s legal status by holding a plebiscite, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian stated in the Armenian National Assembly on Wednesday.

He stressed that the issue is being negotiated at the moment and Azerbaijani authorities should prepare its society for it.

The minister also said that new response from the international community on Azerbaijan’s military rhetoric is expected in the near future.
