Azerbaijan takes advantage of the night hours to regroup and make additions. This is what representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia Artsrun Hovhannisyan declared during a briefing this evening.

Hovhannisyan said offensive operations were launched in three to four directions early in the morning. Heavy artillery was used in the direction of Martakert. Throughout the day, with the support of Turkey, Azerbaijan’s military and air forces used a large number of combat unmanned aerial vehicles and carried out 36 flights. The Armenian Air Force succeeded in destroying one Su-25 fighter jet, and the adversary continued through the use of armored vehicles in the southern direction.

Hovhannisyan also refuted the Azerbaijani propaganda’s assurances about the seizure of Talish village and added that Talish isn’t under the control of the Azerbaijani forces and that they have only approached the outskirts of the village.
