YEREVAN. - Deputy Chief of Police, Chief of Investigation Department Gagik Hambardzumyan was questioned on March 1 bloody events on Wednesday, Zhamanak newspaper reports citing governmental sources.

“According to the information at the newspaper’s disposal, Hambardzumyan is not so much involved in March 1 events, but many investigators under his  command were involved in the activities of Armenian Special Investigative Service violating a law,”  the newspaper says.
