YEREVAN. - An underground road near a school was impossible to pass because water-removing tubes were out of work, as a result all the underground area was flooded, photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan told Armenia News-NEWS.am.
This forced students to cross the street in improper places not designed for pedestrians. At the same time, city authorities and police blame people for not using underground roads.
