STEPANAKERT. - OSCE Minsk co chairs declaration essentially differs from previous statements, Karabakh MP Gagik Petrosyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
According to MP, presidents Medvedev, Obama and Sarkozy first stated that the use of force caused current situation, and second, they challenged sides to establish more confident relations and achieve the resolution that is acceptable for everybody. Gagik Petrosyan thinks the challenge was directed to Azerbaijan.
