A blast rocked the Istanbul university school of medicine hospital on Sunday, Haberler.com reported.
The fire has been contained, said the governor of Istanbul, Ali Yerlikaya.
According to preliminary data, the fire occurred amid the ignition of building materials on the roof. An investigation has kicked off.
