The women and children of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) temporarily stopped their protest in front of the US Embassy in Armenia in order to relax and hold another protest.

They were chanting “Recognition” and singing Armenian patriotic songs.

“We understand that Artsakh is not recognized and they don’t want to notice us, but what, were the forests of Australia more important than the forests of Artsakh? Are the animals living in the forests of Australia more important? There are people who took shelter in the forests of Artsakh. The US sees all this better than we do. When a weapon of mass destruction is used, they are silent. Turkey and Azerbaijan are using those weapons with the direct permission of the US. The Armenian nation will not be eliminated. Every time, we Armenians rise from the ashes like the phoenix and prove that we exist and will exist,” the protesters said.
