President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev today said Russia has to maintain a neutral position in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, as the mandate of the OSCE given to the Co-Chairs of the Minsk Group requires, TASS reported.
“Firstly, we haven’t attacked Armenia. Secondly, Russia is a Co-Chair of the Minsk Group and has to maintain a neutral position, as all the Co-Chairs, in accordance with the mandate given by the OSCE,” Aliyev stated.
