The 11th and 12th planes carrying Russian peacekeepers have headed to Nagorno-Karabakh [(Artsakh)], RIA Novosti reported, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
"The (…) planes flew from Ulyanovsk Vostochny Airport. Peacekeeping unit personnel, material resources, and armored vehicles are on board the planes," the respective statement said.
