Russia will send at least 22 Il-76 military transport planes to Nagorno-Karabakh, RIA Novosti reported. The video showing the planes has been posted by the National Defense Management Center of the Russian Federation.

The Center’s officers reported that 11 planes are carrying out flights to airports and 11 planes are waiting for flights. The 1.5-minute video shows Head of the Center, Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev assigning to specify the schedule of flights and ensure the simultaneous activities of the two groups of Il-76 planes.
