During a conversation with Armenian News-NEWS.am, Deputy Chief of Staff of the National Assembly Lilit Minasyan said the National Assembly won’t hold a special session at 8 p.m. since the Council of the National Assembly has to hold a session first.

According to the Constitutional Law “Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly”, the Council of the National Assembly needs to approve the drafts of the agendas for the session.

The Council is composed of the Speaker of the National Assembly, the three deputies, one representative of each parliamentary faction and representatives of standing committees.
