YEREVAN. - NATO-South Caucasus relations have developed considerably after the cold war, France’s Ambassador to Armenia Henri Reynaud told journalists on Monday.
The Ambassador recalled that the alliance is developing relations with regional states within the framework of “Partnership for Peace” program and is developing additional mechanism for development of relations.
Simultaneously, relations in bilateral format are expanded. In particular, NATO and Armenia have already implemented several stages of Individual Partnership Action Plan.
Henri Reynaud stressed that the alliance is not only a military organization and cooperation develops in different fields, brining Armenia closer to Europe.
