Russian rescuers, who arrived in Nagorno-Karabakh to provide humanitarian aid, set up a camp near Stepanakert, RIA Novosti reported.

The group should be part of the interdepartmental center for humanitarian response, created by Russia to help the local population after the war.

Now it has 30 employees of the Russian ministry of emergency situations, but the ministry announced its readiness to send 150 people to Nagorno-Karabakh.
