Don’t start a fight, you should have calmed down. This is what deputy of the My Step faction of the National Assembly of Armenia Andranik Kocharyan said to Deputy Minister of Defense Gabriel Balayan in the hallway of the National Assembly, to which Balayan asked how was it that he started the fight.

Asked why the Ministry of Defense doesn’t accept any one of the deputy’s allegations, Balayan said the following to reporters: “The Ministry of Defense doesn’t accept the allegations because they are groundless. Ask the deputy to file a crime report. If he doesn’t have enough legal literacy to formulate, I can help him.”

Balayan also emphasized that Andranik Kocharyan has nothing to do with this since he hadn’t asked him a question.
