By the order of Minister of Defense of Russia, army general Sergey Shoygu, humanitarian centers for demining and reconciliation, the provision of transport and medicine and commercial-household have been set up in order for Russian peacekeepers to carry out their operations in Nagorno-Karabakh, the National Defense Management Center reported.
“To provide all the humanitarian issues in Nagorno-Karabakh, five additional centers have been set up as part of the Interdepartmental Humanitarian Response Center, including the Humanitarian Demining Center, the Center for Reconciliation of Warring Parties, the Transport Support Center, the Medical Support Center and the Commercial-Household Center,” TASS reported.
The National Defense Management Center reported that the organizational core of the Interdepartmental Humanitarian Response Center was brought to Nagorno-Karabakh via military transport aircraft on November 19.
