On the Comex, December copper futures rose 0.28% to $ 3.3668 per pound - about 0.45 kilograms.
At the end of Thursday's trading on the London Metal Exchange (LME), the cost of a ton of copper for delivery in three months increased by 1.4%, to $ 7402.5, aluminum - by 0.3%, to $ 1976, zinc - by 0.22 % to $ 2,760.5 per ton.
