The Foreign Ministers of Russia and Azerbaijan, Sergei Lavrov and Jeyhun Bayramov, discussed by phone the progress in implementing the provisions of the trilateral statement on the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement.
The parties also discussed certain issues of the regional and international agenda, the Russian MFA added.
