Processes in the direction of bringing to criminal responsibility for the cruel treatment of the Armenian and Artsakh citizens by the Azerbaijani servicemen are underway, Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan said in the parliament.
According to him, an investigation is underway, facts are being collected. “Initiatives are being implemented not only within the country, but also in international institutions,” he said.
