The election of the nominees for chairperson and judge of the Cassation Court was removed from the agenda for the December 9 plenary session of the National Assembly of Armenia on the basis of the letter that Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council Ruben Vardazaryan had addressed to the administration of the National Assembly. The application was submitted to the parliamentarians.
