Foreign Ministers of Russia and Armenia Sergei Lavrov and Ara Ayvazyan discussed by phone the implementation of the Karabakh statement on the complete cessation of hostilities, Russian MFA reported.
The ministers also considered a number of topical topics on the bilateral and international agenda.
