Talks about provocations of Armenian side in Karabakh conflict zone are quite inappropriate, the head of Centre for Military Forecasting of Institute of Political and Military Analysis, retired colonel, PhD in History Anatoly Tsyganok told Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He commented on Azerbaijan MOD chief press secretary Lieutenant-Colonel Eldar Sabiroglu’s statement
that Yerevan wrecks the peaceful negotiations thus provoking new war.

“It’s pretty hard to believe that Armenia provokes new war. This does not sound realistic for a number of reasons,” marked the expert, excluding the possibility of provocation politics form Armenian side.
