The Russian Foreign Ministry has responded to US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo's recent statement that the US administration with the toughest policy towards Russia is the administration of incumbent President Donald Trump.
The Russian MFA posted on Twitter Adolph Northen's famous painting 'Napoleon's Retreat from Moscow,' against the backdrop of which Pompeo had issued the aforesaid statement.
