“I think war possibility is 50/50. Meanwhile, I suppose that war threats by Azerbaijani MOD against Armenia contain PR elements. The situation is in deadlock. There is no imitation that something is done by international organizations,” the expert told. “The war will not be between Armenia and Azerbaijan but it will spread over the whole region.”
