The incumbent authorities have made several serious mistakes and omissions over the past two-and-a-half years. This is what former Deputy Minister of Defense of Armenia Artak Zakaryan told reporters today.

According to him, the statements made by politicians and diplomats became the reason why the adversary relaunched scaled hostilities. “The incumbent authorities have made mistakes in many directions. In particular, they made serious omissions with regard to monitoring of violation of the balance of forces in the region. The Ministry of Defense failed to pay proper attention to this,” Zakaryan stated.
