The Russian-Turkish monitoring center for following the ceasefire in Nagorno-Karabakh will operate from January 30 in the Agdam district, RIA Novosti reported, citing an informed source.
According to the source, 60 Russian and 60 Turkish soldiers will work in the center, and monitoring will be carried out, including using unmanned aerial vehicles, NSN reported.
