A representative of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia received three of the veterans of the Karabakh war who were protesting today in front of the Ministry of Defense with the demand to receive their salaries prescribed by law.

Before the meeting, the protesters told reporters that the ministry’s representative would hold a closed meeting with them since the representative didn’t want to talk about the issue in front of cameras so that Turks wouldn’t listen later.

Last week, veterans of the war held another protest in front of the Ministry of Defense, but in vain. Their 350-member contingent was in the sector of Lachin called “gorge of hell” and didn’t even know that they can receive compensation, but now that they know, the payment of the compensations is being delayed.
